You don’t have to provide additional information on your profile; however, profile information helps you to get more from our Services. It’s your choice whether to include sensitive information on your profile and to make that sensitive information public. We may also save your information to facilitate new product orders or process returns.

We keep your personal data for as long as it is necessary to do so to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected as described above. The criteria we use to determine data retention periods for personal data includes the following: retention in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. We may retain and use your information in order to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse.

5.HOW TO ACCESS & CONTROL YOUR PERSONAL DATA

In some cases, you may ask us to stop accessing, storing, using and otherwise processing your information where you believe we don’t have the appropriate rights to do so or you may request the list of information we are processing and suggest changes in it. Our Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for Users to our website with regards to the information that they share and/or collect at https://www.unbench.us/. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.

9.CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

The Private Policy may be changed by us without prior notice to you. If we make material changes to it, you will be provided with notice through our Services. Your continued use of the Services after publishing or sending a notice about our changes to Privacy Policy means that you are consenting to the updated terms as of their effective date. The new version of the Privacy Policy shall enter into force upon its posting on the website at https://www.unbench.us/, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.
