2018 — 2020
The journey began in 2018; we started developing an automation tool for KITRUM's partner team. Our goal was to create an efficient solution to help communicate with vendors regarding KITRUM's requirements, streamline the candidate selection process, and provide regular updates about the progress and outcomes of candidate processing stages.
We built a custom solution from scratch without relying on low-code platforms. Our solution seamlessly integrates with our CRM system, enabling automated notifications, status updates, and more. As new users joined, their accounts were quickly set up, and our dedicated Partners team actively welcomed around 100 companies on board.
2021 — 2022
In one day, we decided to upgrade the platform with enhanced features, a fresh redesign, and a new billing system. Within the first two months, we generated $15,000 in revenue. As of 2022, we proudly onboarded close to 250 companies. Our platform team has developed a roadmap to rebrand and relaunch Kitrum automation as an innovative B2B solution.
2023 — Nowadays
In 2023, we rebranded our platform to "Unbench," adding new features like request posting, chat, verification policies, and feedback. Now, our aim is lead generation and market entry, targeting $1M annual revenue by 2028. We boast 350 active company profiles, 1000+ members, and 50+ requests.
