Lost. Due to legal/security issues — the request was lost because the customer and the contractor disagreed on security and legal matters.
Lost. Price. The request was lost because the client was looking for a contractor at a lower cost.
Lost. Client hired onsite. The request was lost because the client decided to hire specialists for the team independently.
Lost. The client went with another team. The request was lost because the client hired another company to implement the project.
