Users have two options for using the platform after introducing the feature:
Basic
Free usage which allows multiple submissions of two candidates to default requests per month. There's also a pay-per-action option that permits the submission of a specific candidate to multiple default requests, or a company to transfer requests during a month.
Premium
This is a monthly subscription plan, granting unlimited submissions to both default and transfer requests during the month.
You can switch between these two options anytime on the platform.
You can view your current plan and related details in the Account Plan tab of the Billing section, accessible through your Profile.
Basic plan
Price: Free of charge
Each month, a user can submit a maximum of 2 candidates to multiple default requests free of charge.
Please note: there are no free company submissions to transfer requests available.
$30
/ company submission*
$20
/ candidate submission**
*Once paid for a candidate submission to default request, a user can submit this candidate to multiple requests during a month. The counting for a month starts from the moment of purchase.
** Paid company submission is only applicable towards one particular transfer request once. Every next company submission is billable.
Subscription
Price: $50/month
Unlimited number of candidates and company submissions during the month. Prolonged automatically.
The plan is free of charge and allows users to submit 2 candidates per month to multiple default requests.
Starting from the first day of each month, the counter for free submissions starts at 2 candidates and decreases with each candidate submission. When it reaches 0, the user cannot submit more candidates for free until the beginning of the next month.
Our system keeps track of free submissions, and the availability is clearly displayed to the user in the 'Account Plan' tab of the Billing section. This allows users to effectively manage which specialists can submit requests during the current month. The counter for free submissions resets to 2 on the first day of every new month.
Example: According to the Basic plan, on Sep 1, there are 2 free submissions available. When a user submits Candidate A on Sep 4, only 1 free submission remains for the rest of the month. If Candidate B is submitted by the user on Sep 30, no more free submissions are left for September. On Oct 1, the user will regain 2 free candidate submissions.
There is no limitation on the candidates that can be submitted from one month to the next. These could either be the same candidates from the previous month or new specialists, at the user's discretion.
The candidate whose submission has been purchased via the pay-per-action option is also listed in the 'Free submissions' section under the 'Account Plan' tab of the Billing section (Profile). This submission will carry a 'paid' tag. Similar to free submissions, it will also display the due time for better visibility of the period within which a candidate can be submitted to requests.
Upgrade Path
Users on the Basic plan are prompted to switch to a subscription through a modal each time they log in. They are also reminded via an info banner displayed on the platform pages when the candidate limit for the Basic plan is reached or when they attempt to submit an additional candidate or company.
Users can also purchase a subscription at any time in the Billing section of their profile.
The pay-per-action option is suggested to users on the Basic plan when they attempt to submit a company to transfer requests or when they submit an extra candidate to default requests.
An active subscription allows users to submit an unlimited number of candidates to the default requests and apply their companies to as many transfer requests as they wish during the month. The one-month period is counted from the day the subscription is purchased to the same day in the following month. However, if the subscription is purchased near the end of the month and the following month has fewer days, then the monthly subscription will end on the last day of the subsequent month.
Subscription Renewal
The subscription renewal process occurs automatically, renewing monthly when the previous month's subscription expires.
Subscription Cancellation
Users can manually cancel their subscription through the 'Downgrade' option in the 'Account Plan' tab of the Billing section. After the user confirms this action, their current subscription remains active until its expiration date but will not be automatically renewed. Upon the subscription's expiration, the user is automatically switched back to the Basic plan.
Subscription Expiry
A subscription may automatically expire in the event of a payment failure during the monthly renewal, whether due to insufficient funds or other reasons.
Users are granted a 3-day grace period following a payment failure before revoking their subscription. After this period, they are immediately switched to the Basic plan.
Users can repurchase their subscriptions once the issue causing the payment failure has been resolved.
