One of the values of the Unbench platform is trust in our community. That’s why all the companies on the platform will have to confirm the registration of their businesses by uploading any legal document. You can upload one of the following:
Certificate of company registration;
Certificate of company status;
Article of the organization;
Extract from the state register;
Tax number.
It will help ensure all the registered companies on the platform are Trusted and eligible businesses.
Users can upload documents during company registration. To do this, add the required file in the field: "Upload your business registration document."
Only the companies with a Trusted label can use the platform without limitations according to their plan. Those not marked as Trusted are restricted from adding requests or submitting their devs/companies to requests and are not available to other users in the general Companies section.
You can upload documents in the following formats: doc, docx, pdf, jpeg, png, and heif.
Verification can also be completed after registration by clicking the enabled "Verification" button and uploading documents through the user's account.
For companies whose documents have been reviewed by the platform administrator or are under review, the Verification button will be disabled.
Only verified companies will have uninterrupted access to all platform features.
Unverified companies will not be able to:
Publish request;
Propose request;
Submit specialist and Submit Company;
Send specialist;
Request documents;
Use chat.
Also, other platform users will not see your company in the general list of companies in the Company section. And they would not see your specialists added to the bench on the "Bench" page.
When you engage with others on Unbench, you can rest assured that you deal with reliable and trustworthy partners, creating a more seamless and fruitful collaboration.
Unbench does not store legal documents provided for verification in its database or share them with third parties.

Unbench platform is not available for use in the following countries:
Belarus
Cuba
Democratic People's Republic of Korea
Myanmar
Russian Federation
Syrian Arab Republic
Venezuela
To ensure compliance, we've implemented IP address restrictions preventing using the platform in these countries for personal purposes.
Every registered company is required to provide documentation regarding its place of registration or any other document confirming its lawful operations. More information about this you can find here [Section "5.1 General Overview"].
Each user has access to the company's website and other information provided by the company in the module Companies. Additionally, you can obtain further information about the company from its manager through the platform's internal chat.

Furthermore, before initiating any collaboration, we recommend utilizing the "Request documents" feature to ensure the potential for successful collaboration from a legal perspective.
